Parents’ Place is a 28 year old non-profit family resource center dedicated to promoting a community commitment to healthy parenting, strengthening and supporting families and ensuring the well-being of children of all ages.
Parents’ Place offers classes, home visits, referrals, support groups, and supervised visitation to families throughout Cowlitz County.
We are offering Love and Logic: Adults Supporting Youth with Challenging Pasts on Thursday evenings in March. This six week class for people raising or working with children who have experienced trauma and/or loss starts Thursday March 12 from 6-8pm. No childcare provided and due to the subject matter children over 2yrs. old are unable to be in class. We are offering Padres Activos los Primeros Cinco Años on Wednesdays starting February 18. This four week class is for people with children birth through five years old. Call 360-414-9212 and ask for Judy for more information or to sign up.
